In this class, we will explore four wines from France, beginning with a sparkling wine made in the methode ancestrale and followed by a crisp white wine from the Loire Valley, a rosé from Provence, and a Grenache-Syrah blend from the Rhone Valley. This brief trip will enable us to sample myriad styles from throughout the wine culture of France.
